Upon arrival, a driver will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly International Airports to take you to your hotel. Please meet your driver in the baggage claim area. *Pursuant to EU regulations, each booking is allowed only one free airport transfer on Day 1 (7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.). If your flight is delayed or the arrival time changes unexpectedly, you must arrange your own transportation to the hotel. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Day 2 – Paris city tour
We will begin our Paris adventure with a drive along the famous Champs Elysees to the Place de la Concorde, which played a key role in one of darkest chapters of the French Revolution. You‘ll also get to see the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Next, we‘ll head to L‘Hotel National des Invalides, which houses Napoleon‘s tomb and a number of other monuments relating the military history of France. Finally yet importantly, we‘ll visit the Eiffel Tower for some of the best photo opportunities of the day. Next, we‘ll travel on coach through the Parisian suburbs to the splendid Palace of Versailles, residence of the royal family until the start of the revolution in 1789. We‘ll return to Paris in the evening. After dinner, you may want to avail yourself of the optional cruise along the river Seine.
Day 3 Paris – Zurich
The second day of our Paris experience begins with a rail transfer from Paris to Zurich, early in the morning. This scenic train will take you through the swiss Alps – Europe’s highest peak. Arrive in the afternoon, check in at the hotel and spend the day at leisure.
Day 4 – Zurich City Tour
After breakfast, hop on the tourist bus tour for a half day city tour. Explore Zurich on a half-day sightseeing tour of the city. Climb aboard a luxury coach for a panoramic tour of top sights like the Swiss National Museum, the Zurich Opera House and the Old Town, and then take to the water for a scenic ferry crossing of Lake Zurich. Marvel at the grand architecture of Fraumünster Church and the Bahnhofstrasse and then gaze at sweeping Alpine vistas as you ride a cable car to the vertiginous Felsenegg vantage poin
Day 5 – Zurich – Milan
After breakfast, we will board a train to Milan, head south to the design and couture-conscious city of Milan. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and go for an afternoon city tour. On our tour of the city you will see Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the oldest shopping arcade in the world; the legendary opera house La Scala; the storied Sforza Castle; and the ostentatious Gothic of Milan Cathedral. In the evening head back to the hotel for overnight stay
Day 6- Milan at Leisure
After breakfast, spend the day at leisure… sightseeing, shopping etc…
Day 7 – Milan – Rome – via Venice
After breakfast, board a train to venice which is only 2 hours away, arriving at around 1200hrs. Here, you will get a chance to see some traditional Venetian craftwork at a demonstration by Murano glassblowers. Or walk in into their local restaurants nearby and enjoy some of their cuisine. At around 1700hrs, board another train directly to Rome arriving in the evening at around 2000hrs. Check in the hotel for your overnight stay[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
