Rome and Enchanting Sorrento Itinerary

8 days / 7 nights – Rail Tour – Rome (3 nights) – Sorrento (4 nights)

Day 1: Arrival in Rome

Transfer from Rome airport or rail station to your hotel. Overnight in Rome

Day 2: Rome (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then embark on a morning orientation tour of Rome’s city centre. Make your way to the meeting point at Largo di Torre Argentina, 11 (in front of “Feltrinelli”
Book Shop) 15 minutes prior to the departure at 09.30hrs and enjoy a 3 hour walking tour that includes Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Afterwards you have the rest of the day at leisure. You may wish to take optional afternoon or night sightseeing tours. Overnight in Rome

Day 3: Rome (B)

After breakfast enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.  Relax or shop and eat your way through the streets of Rome.  If you would like to explore more of the city, optional tours in the city or surroundings are available. Overnight in Rome

Day 4: Rome – Sorrento (B)

Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel before your private transfer to the Rome rail station where you will board your high speed train to Naples. Upon arrival in Naples meet your driver and take your private transfer from the Rail Station to Sorrento. After checking into your Sorrento hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Optional afternoon sightseeing tours are available. Overnight in Sorrento

Day 5: Sorrento (B)

After breakfast at hotel you have the entire day at leisure. Make the most of your stay and book a tour of either the city or its surroundings. Overnight in Sorrento.

Day 6: Sorrento (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full day tour to Capri & Anacapri. Overnight in Sorrento

Day 7: Sorrento (B)

After breakfast at hotel you have another entire day to explore the fantastic area of Sorrento.  Overnight in Sorrento

Day 8: Sorrento – Naples – Rome. Departure from Rome (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a private transfer from Sorrento to Naples Central Station where you will board a train to Rome. Once you have arrived you will be transferred to Fiumicino or Ciampino
